What can I expect from a session?Each session is tailored to you and your goals. I will sit down with you and discuss exactly what you want from your sessions. Each session will generally have a focus on weight bearing exercises unless you have specific cardio goals you wish to achieve. I have a fully equipped gym which is only used by myself so each session will involve a variety of equipment and leave you feeling motivated and closer to achieving your goals.

I have never been a member of a gym before, does that matter?One of the best and unique selling points of my gym is that it is only available to me and my clients which means you will only ever be in there by yourself or with people you know (if you train with a partner or as part of a bootcamp). I will take you through each step of joining a gym and make sure you only do exercises you have the correct form for and feel confident doing.

Do I need to train in between sessions?The people who achieve the biggest transformations are those who commit to training themselves in some way (at home or in a gym) in between sessions or come to sessions once a week. As long as your are motivated to reach your goals, I can help you by advising you of different workouts to do in between sessions, no matter what your budget and other time commitments may be.

When I join, will I have a contract with you?As part of the initial paperwork, we will complete a contract which explains your responsibilities and mine as your trainer. Any questions you have can be discussed in the free initial consultation.

What if I have to cancel a session?There is a 24 hour cancellation policy which means that if you cancel within 24 hours of the session you will still be charged, unless I can find another client to fill the spot. If I have to cancel the session for any reason, I will rearrange with you to make sure that you are not missing out on a session.

How would online training work?As with in person training sessions, I will tailor the program to suit your needs. We will have an initial consultation to discuss your goals and aims and what you want to get out of the sessions (which areas you will need the most support). The program will then include: - Weekly check ins - Regular text check ins - Training sessions written for you and changed regularly (in keeping with your goals) - Feedback on form (from videos sent through via WhatsApp or text) - Support with nutrition (if required)
