I have been training with Emma Singer as my personal trainer for the last 5 years, and I can confidently say that she has transformed my fitness journey. Emma's expertise and motivation have made running 5k a normal experience for me, something that seemed unachievable before I started training with her. Emma is motivational, fun and knows her stuff. She has taught me so much in the time I have been training with her. The sessions are always varied and different, but I can see the progression I have made in the time I have been working with her. I have had several personal trainers, but she has helped me make the biggest changes because I know how much she cares. She listens to me and has become a friend, my supporter as well as pushing me to achieve what she knows I am capable of during every session. She has also helped me gain control of my eating again – she explains things clearly but never patronisingly and takes the time to make me feel heard.

I cannot recommend Emma highly enough, I went to her wanting support with my fitness and nutrition, I have been a keen runner for many years but was beginning to have a few niggles. Having spoken to Emma she suggested that I build some strength training in to support my running and generally improve my muscle development and strength. It was brilliant. Just a few 1:1 sessions with Emma later, my strength has improved and it has made a noticeable difference to my running.

We also discussed the importance of diet and she helped to support me ensuring that I was eating sensibly and making sure that I was not overtraining, even encouraging me to take some time out from training to ensure I was allowing my body time to recover.

She listened to what I wanted and devised a great easy to follow plan. She is also the loveliest, friendly, and supportive person I have met. If your thinking of a PT I cannot recommend Emma highly enough.
